Re: 2010 Kentucky Derby

Sidney's Candy is looking pretty good after his Santa Anita Dereby win. If he takes to the dirt he might be the one. Joe might have that Karma thing working for him this year after what happened with "I Want Revenge" last year. I was hot on Chocolate Candy last year and he had a respectable 5th place finish in the Derby. Might have been a year early on the Candy horse.

Lookin at Lucky is still in the hunt, his last two were bad trips and he still re-rallied nicely. Look for a jockey change on Lucky. Go-Go is having some kind of personal problems, it seems something is weighing heavily on him, might be back on drugs.

Eskendereya, what can you say, he looks like a monster. I look for Jess Jackson to try to buy him although Zayat doesn't want to sell all of him, he wants to keep a share, that is probably holding up the deal because you know Jess wants it all.

Paddy O'Pardo, I’m looking forward to see what POP does in the Bluegrass. He could be my sleeper horse. Kent picked up the mount and that's a very good sign although Kent and his wife have separated recently, everyone has problems, hope it doesn't affect his riding.

Still a few races to run before the Derby and anything can happen. As far as the Derby goes, when you go a mile and one-quarter, which these horses have never done, everything’s up for grabs. Somebody’s got to shake lose in that last 1/8th and go on with it.

Anybody else with any thoughts to this point in time and on subject?
