On Saturdays Santa Anita's 8th race San Felipe Grade 2 there is an unusual
situation some of you may not be aware..#4 Refinery/Mandella and #8 Sky-Diving/Baffert are owned by the same person B. Wayne Hughes I beleive California is trying to decide about coupled or uncoupled entries...It is important for us as handicappers first to be aware that this is happoening and 2nd to voice our opinions and concerns...We also need to come together
as a group and one voice in regards to P3 and 4s when we are given post time favorite instead of a consulation when our choice is scratched...New York racing seems to have the betters interest when it comes to these matters and we all need to unite when we see tracks asking or not asking for our opinions..it serves us well to comment and act on what we feel is just
