Slop to a Fast Track

This angle works fairly well..if a horse has shown speed on a sloppy track and is now going to a fast track..it will ahve a big edge especially if there are no others in the race fitting this category...A sloppy track is a great conditioning race for a speed horse....May I caution that Tampa Bay Downs wet track is very different than Delaware or Saratoga where the slop to fast track appears to work better...often these horses are not favorites so there is good value....It would be great if someone could chart all the different handicapping angles for an ROI.......................Rudy
