Just curious if anyone has used or heard of this program. As a handicapper i'm always looking for races with extreme pace factors, regression & progression forms in horses.Sounds like this could be a useful tool.
Thoughts?

You might want to look at what is available in CompuTrak.

One of the reports, called "Extensive", shows the horses' early speeds at the very beginning of a race. It shows this for each and every paceline, so you can assess the progession of a horse over time.

In addition, there is an output termed "Friction"; the lower this rating the better the horse is a closer. Progression can be evaluated similarly.

You can read about all this, including their derivations, at our web site: www.revelationprofits.com

A 7 day free trial of the complete program can also be downloaded there if you wish.

I remember a 3000 claimer ar Finger Lakes setting the 5.5F track record, no way should the early velocity ratings represent any entity, horse was drugged, or a ringer, track souped up, and possibly buzzed along with many other possibilities. Those bottom claimers at Philly are cutting weird first and second calls, how in the world can one get an accurate variant and track adjustment?
