Just found out about this (within the past 30-35 minutes) and can't believe they got to him - slamming the doors shut on US customers. There were one of the better (juice & line-wise) books if not the best, yet they will take no more US action/wagers. Would it have been some rinky-dinky hole in the wall type book, doubt many would have given it a second look. There's going to be about this once the dust settles, "I'll bet you".

Forgot to mention, they are giving full refunds on any balances due US customers and will honor all future tickets. And yet, this goes to show another very good reason why one should have more than one outlet. Right now, this leaves me down one but won't have to make a panic move to replace them (no book is like them).
If others have money in their accounts and you plan on using NETELLER to transfer your cash back to your account, do NOT equal or exceed $10,000 unless you want it "flagged" - make smaller (return) deposits. The cash isn't going anywhere and if you need to wager that badly, you need to get some help plus an additional day shouldn't break you.

Happy to report that Pinnacle kept their word and sent all the cash in the account there. Sadden that they closed shop but, life happens. When one door closes, another one opens.
