2-17-2006......Inside information has it that TW's Steve hit the Big A pick 6 and TBD Longshot Larry hit Tampa's pick 4 today all though both should have paid more its still a great achievement....hats off to both of you..........Rudy

You know I got to one up the Longshot.

My day was a very good one. Yes, I did capture the pick 6 at the BIG Apple. I also got the Pick 4 at Tampa--Longshot took part of my pool!! LOL

In between races I took a look at Gulf Stream Park. Decided to get a $50 exacta box on the 12-4 in one of the races. I ran up to the teller and got the ticket just as the gate opened up. Hit that thing for around $120 each ticket.

Decided to play the late Double at Tampa. Not sure if I had an $800 or $1000 double, but caught it for close to 10K. One of the GOOD Days.

Miss J said she wanted some new shoes. First thing she asked when I got home is if she could buy those shoes. Being the gentleman that I am I told her what any good Gambler would..."Just can't believe how snake bit I am". Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Congrats to Steve on his big day, was Grover hiding today?? Payoff at TBD on the Pick 4 was low, the parlay was much higher! Must be the smaller Pick 4 pool. Can't complain though, anytime you hit one, you have to consider yourself lucky. Great card on Saturday! Pletcher, Zito, Velasquez, Berajano, and more!! Good luck to everyone tomorrow..
