I think some other large trainer had positives on that in the past.

15 days isn't that much. If for any reason they had a chance to throw the book at him - they would. There is alot of heat on tracks from the public and the media to go after juicers. When they ban him for 90 days or something like that - you'll know it was bad.

As a fan and avid handicapper ...I am all for penalizing the "cheats." Examples without exceptions must be made ....but there can be "circumstances" and possible incorrect test positives where judgement should be used. Must be kept in context. First offense...slap....second or third...throw the book at 'em. The Sarbane's -Oxley bill has helped to clean up the books of many publically traded companies. It shows that there must be a fear of punishment these days.

Doesn't Scott know by now, you should use Clenbutarol in an aeromask like Zadie does. It will not test 30 minutes to post by nasal introduction. Maybe it was an honest mistake, oral clen must not be used 72 hours prior to racing. We all make mistakes.

You seem to know more about this than most. How many times have you pulled this one off?
