Heavy Rain expected tonight and tomorrow for New York. This will probably come off the turf and we'll be lucky to get 5 horses running. Is it possible to scratch this race and find a big field somewhere with better weather.

Well, I had to be on the road all day, just got back home, so didn't know anything about any of the rain or such in NY.

The race has been run .... and I can't 'un-run' it. And, you who may have wanted to, could not cancel your bet.

Those of you who WON do not want it cancelled.

So... here's my suggestion: let me know what you think.

I'll withhold any judgment, yet, pending tomorrow's outcome. If, after the race tomorrow, the position of the leaders has not changed, and if this race makes no material difference, one way or the other, then we will let it stand.

But if the TOP TWO finishers are affected, then I will schedule a ONE RACE playoff for the ones who were affected by the race.

The way it seems to me, right now, STORM 95 has a virtually insurmountable lead. I will be very surprised if anyone passes him, so, in that sense, this race does not affect the total outcome.
