Purses and Drug Positives

.......It has come to my attention that purses at Tampa Bay Downs are not redistributed.for a drug positive..winner...If anyone in the know can answer.........does this also include Stakes races??? Are there any other tracks having a similar policy??? I almost fell on the floor hearing this..............Thank you for the response regarding the Tampa Handle 2005 verses 2006 and the fact that there was no turf racing.probably had some effect on Tuesdays handle............

.006 (7) amd the sectionc below that mentions purse redistribution. Redistribution for positive on CO2 (milkshake) is not in effect yet This is like probationary period for that test.
