3 works I found for Garifine April 11 + 18, Sept 5; Did the horsae bleed or get hurt?
Green Monkey had lung infection and sore ***, not back in training yet.

"PINE ISLAND" HIT THE MILE MARK IN 1:35 1/5 DRIVING AS SHE COLLARED "TEAM MATE" IN THE 3 YR OLD G1 STAKE A FEW RACES LATER...$2,500,000 WOULD NOT BUY THE 2YR OLD.. FOR THOSE WHO REMEMBER,HER OWNER NOT ONLY BRED HIM BUT ALSO OWNED

This was Nobiz Like Shobiz's first career start (Tagg) and crushed Bullara a nice Holy Bull of Pletcher's that was bet at 3-5. Bullara was about 10 clear of 3rd too. Impressive looking prospect. Son of Distorted Humor?

If that came from the horse's(Tagg's) mouth, that says alot about what Tagg thinks of him, and his ability. I mean, Showing Up ran very game against Cacique, who showed a turn of foot I haven't seem from Cacique till I saw him on Saratoga's lawn.

The Green Monkey is at Belmont , Sports Town might face him next Friday I was just told . Yes . Talked to his trainor Terranova and he sounded pumped so you know I am. He stated sports town is very fast , comes out of the gate like a shot , loves to train , and has tremendous ability . has been having trouble getting him fit. Last month they started him on the same training schedule as Afleet Alex and he is starting to respond, said he had it all but the x factor which we won't know untill he races. said he still doesn't know if he'll run his best long or short, which seems odd , and said it may take a couple races before you see the real horse , but three times he mentioned tremendous ability and once said I love this horse. Am I getting over excited or is he saying this guy might be special ?

No match late for the Daddy...Pletcher with 2 big boys in Juvenile! But, Nobiz is a monster himself--shy is the limit for that Albert the Great specimen.

If Todd Pletcher says distance is no issue for a horse, that is enough for me. ;)

Get ready for a new two year old . Sports Town just worked a bullet 5 furlongs 59.17 may start friday at Belmont problem is now he 'll probably be the favorite. Had three good works in a row 10/4 4 furlongs 48.29 10/9 4 furlongs 48.12 . Seems like an awful fast work right before his first race ?

Sounds like a promising runner--you don't see too many low 59s at Belmont. Who will get the mount?bc(

Who will get the mount?bc( Don't know yet was told last week they were looking at a race for friday but would work him one more time to see if he was ready. I'd say he was ready. Eibar Coa was on their last two year old winner Twistaway. by the way she ran great, headed for a two year old steaks race at aquaduct.

I thought Scat Daddy looked good but Nobiz like Shobiz running fresh off a big mdn win right into a stakes and give Scat all he wanted.Might be one to look at as he gets more experience

Did anyone see Sports Town break his maiden at Aquaduct Nov. 25th ? Six furlongs in 109.1 AS impressive maiden win as you'll see. Received a Rag sheet figure of 5.75 Prado said most of the race he just played and only showed a little of what he has at the end. Terranova said his ability is still untouched , he's fat , and he's a work in progress. It's a long way to May.

Anybody watch the "Sports Town" race today at Aqueduct 12-27-06? He got a real nice trip. Sat just off the pace in 2nd on the outside, gas it a little at the top of the lane for about 50 yards and instantly got 3 lenghts separation and then shut it down and coasted home. Got to add "Sports Town" to my top 25 list heading for Louieville.

Could possibly get some decent odds on Sports Town next out , received a beyer of 75 , a drop of 10 points. If the cappers didn't see the race he could be overlooked. The race was so easy it looked more like a workout. Brigmohan said he had a ton of horse at the start and the finish , most the race he was holding him back. Still green but learning every race. Next stop will be the Holly Bull if herpes clears out of Florida. This horse has been comparred to Ghostzapper ( stretch stride ) and Afleet Alex (gears) by jocks. Also his girth was to tight for this race , he is so massive that they have trouble getting his gerth proper.
