CompuTrak Picks Does It Again!

Did you bet on the CompuTrak Picks at Gulfstream Park on Wednesday, Feb.1, 2006? If you had you would have won five consecutive races: races 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. CompuTrak Picks picked the winning horse for each of these races. These paid $5.00, $5.40, $9.60, $4.00 and $8.20 for $2 wagers.

And, if you had bet only $1 on each of the pick 3 type of wagers, i.e., picking the winner in each of 3 consecutive races, starting with race 2, you would have collected $81.50, $46.20, and $65.10.

Also, CompuTrak users had a good day at Santa Anita on Sunday, January 29th. The lowest Oddsline horses won 3 races, including Race 1 when 'Big Bold Cat' won and paid $29.90.

Perhaps even more exciting was race 3 which was a Sprint on Turf. CompuTrak Wizard suggests the horses with the Best Recent Time (RT), and Lowest Recent Friction (RF). Best RT horse, 'Cambiocorsa' won paying $9.00. Best RF horse, 'Sweet Ambition' placed paying $31.20. The $1 exacta with these two horses paid $175.10.

We hope you are enjoying and profiting from your CompuTrak Free-Limited trial. During your initial seven days of trying CompuTrak, you may purchase a permanent CompuTrak license for the extremely discounted price of $179. The normal price is $199. Based on one our Forum members praise of this software I went to their site and downloaded the Free trial.

Con: Gimmicks written in the software code that hinders smoothness during the trial run.

Pro: After using for a few hours I knew that this handicapping software would benefit my overall take on the sport and I decided to purchase the package.

At this writing I have not been disappointed. Their figures have revealed a few contenders that I may have missed without them. In addition there are several sort features that give instant early speed/late speed/form/ and other handicapping features that can be used as a stand alone or in conjunction with other methods or software.

Steve- I know you like to understand where the info is coming from and what it is based on. If you have not read the engineering analysis on Rubens site explaining his principles and concepts I know you would find it an interesting read. I certainly am not savvy enough to start to understand all of the explanation but it is an interesting twist. Nothing is perfect but I like it because it uses time and adjusted time according to the principles explained rather than pace numbers and speed ratings providing an interesting contrast in my opinion. You can quickly get info based on a specific number of pace lines back and distances exact or within however many number of furlongs or half furlongs of todays race distance very quickly. Not only do you get best recent time and best time you also get a rating based on races, workouts, and combination of races and workouts for each horse. It provides a workout rating for FTS enabling you to compare the workouts of FTS with other entries which will surprise you at times. It is also very reasonably priced for those interested in using multiple software to get a second opinion from. Glad you liked it well enough to buy and I think once you are able to fully integrate it into your handicapping arsenal based on how you want to use it you will be pleasantly surprised.

Since you are using 1/5 second to = 10', that is closer than most speed figure maker (50" per second). I use 8' length and 2/13th seconds (52' per second) so we are very close. I like that you use winner's time and actual distance as the results charts freeze at that point and extending the time is imaginary.
