Just Wondering Who Won That Contest?all I Know Is I Did Have The Big Winner In Race8 But No Nothing?

HI, Steve,

I think he is talking about the contest with just two races, on Vbookie.

He had the eighth race with 250 on the # 9... and it seems to me, at least, and I think a few others, that he should have won the prize.

I had 475 on the winner of the fourth, but with his 250 on the winner of the 8th, his return was MONSTROUS.....nearly $9,000 .....

I don't think any of us understand this contest!

I am seeing admin to day. (My Son) and we are going over the V-Bookie contest to see if we were mistaken. Admin stated to me that the contest winner would not have been affected, but we will see. If there was a different winner than what I posted I will pay that person as well. Meanwhile that is why we are running the Del mar contest tonight to be sure that all races are closed and settled as they are supposed to be.

I will be back in touch about this..

V-BOOKIE EXPOSED....

OK, we have it now. Basically you guys are correct. It's difficult to explain from the technical side, but we see what the issue is and how to fix it. It's very possible that we did declare the wrong winner, but yesterday we reset the whole program and changed a few things so we will just move forward and hope that we have it right now. Sorry, but the learning curve got us here.

Today we are doing races together on the same card which makes it fair for those who are on top of their computer account. However, it is not fair for others who can't do that.

Todays way will be that you can carry over money on the same card, but after this fun contest we will change this for the money contests. We will run V-Bookie by selecting a race a day with winnings carrying over for the next days card. This should level the playing field for everyone.

In August we will hold a weekly contest for some nice prizes. The weekly winners will have a chance to go head to head in another V-Bookie contest. It will be FUN!!

This site will become more and more exciting so watch everyday for changes and prizes.

Yes, she already sent out your check and you are paid. The issue is IF you were the correct winner. We are not sure because of the way things happened here, but I would NEVER declare a winner and not pay. Your check should be there any day.
