I must be missing something. Just asking a question, why did the 8th race not count in the contest? Castello d'Oro

I must confess that I have the same question. With $500 bet on the horse, and a payoff of $71 ... I would have thought whoever had bet the most money out of the three would have been the automatic winner.

The 'average' bet would have been $167 .... and that, on the $71 winner, would have been almost $6000. I figured that someone had put more than the average on it... since there were only 3 bets ... I could see one of the bets being $300 and the others being $100 each, or some such.

I put $475 on the winner of the 4th race, and was hoping that the payoff on the winner of the 8th would be low enough to where anyone betting would not have exceeded my total, since I capped my bet with almost all I had.

Anyway... since I never knew how the contests were to be scored .... I just figured there was a points award system that I knew nothing about.

I wondered the same thing. I sent Elwood a pm yesterday to see what kind of explanation he would give as to why this race didn't count but have not received an answer yet. Maybe he will answer since I am not the only one posing this question.

Was not aware of any problems.. I thought they wer all fixed. I will have admin look into this right away and report back soon.
