Kudos to ZiadieRulesTampa for his Pick 4 selection on todays card at TBD. Even though chalk ruled the latter part of the card, ZRT was right on in his selections. HE was the victim of an unfortunate trip on Captain Kirks horse in the 10th or he would have been a perfect 4 for 4. We loved the 1-13 exacta box in the last race and were also victimized by the bad trip. For those who didn't play TBD today, or weren't paying attention, early speed won only 2 races, outside closers and stalkers won the remaining races. Be careful if you play tomorrow, the track will be drying out and the winning running styles may change radically as a result. Good luck and good racing..

Easyluckyed, I like your name, and I am certainly not the Man, but am not a slug either!! LOL I am guessing, and this is a guess, that the rail will be good tomorrow at TBD, so I am picking the 1 horse (Musketry) in the 9th race. It is always difficult to handicap Tampa because you never know how the track will play the next day... Good luck to you....

Jesus Lopez Castanon 70 15 8 14.
I just looked at Monday TBD charts and what stood out was that regardless of odds, post or start position, weather, fractional times, or purse level, this jockey finished 4th or better including one of the wire jobs!

He is by far, in my opinion, the best jockey on the grounds. I know that Lezcano has a big lead, but Jesus arrived late and will probably leave early to go to Kentucky. He was the leading rider last year, and there is no better rider on the local turf.

Let There Be No Doubt, that Jose Lezcano Is The Best Jockey At Tampa Bay Downs. The Young Gun,is A Rising Star, who Can Be
Bet With The Ultimate Of Confidence.
Jesus Castanon Is An Outstanding Rider In His Own Right, but Second Best At This Track.
After That, its A Group Of Journeymen, led By The Highly Overrated
Td Haughton.
And There Are A Group Of Extreme Has-beens,led By The Undertaker Himself, joe Judice
