I know I've mentioned to Steve before but I just wanted to make my feelings noticed in this forum.
I believe this site has potential and I'm not degrading anyone by any means.
I've entered numerous contests online, even in Canada and none have requested or demanded social security numbers and/or pictures.
I feel these stipulations will not help this site prosper with future contests but that's my opinion.
Like I said, I'm not degrading anyone and I hope this site prospers as well as most of the excellent horseplayer sites on the web already.
Good luck and I'll throw my derby pick in while I'm here.
I'll be betting on Point Determined.....hmm I was determined to make a point here so it would only seem fit to pick this horse.
Win lots of money !!bc(

It would be very easy to just give out the money and ask nothing. However, I have been a Detective in one capacity or another for over 36 Years.

(Going to ramble a bit)

I am proud to say that honing my investigative skills have led me to have a lunch (at one time or the other) with the President , at least four different Governor's, so many Senators and Congressmen I can't count them all, became a friend with the Secretary of State who announced this country's president, been a guest at several inaugurations, have been Campaign manager for two different Florida candidates, Florida's Speaker of the House used my vehicle for a local tour, have my picture on this site in the Gallery with last elections losers and so on..

Over the years I have also worked many sensitive cases and have been directly responsible for over some $200 + million awarded verdicts in some 10+ states

Perhaps, given my background you may become to see that I have been around the block, and have seen it all when it comes to money. My credentials should speak for me there. Never mind the Movie Stars and Sports figures I have been associated with... and of course all the CROOKS I have investigated.

This site has been a huge success and is still growing so the Last thing I would want to happen is for someone...anyone (like one jerk already) is to point a finger and imply that ANY contest here is unfair, rigged, slanted, or crooked even if the whole thing is Free.

The Social Security is asked so that any legal issue can be put aside as we can prove that all winners are real people and are who they say they are and not some ruse we put in to run a crooked contest.

Sorry, but at the risk of losing persons this must stand as a rule. In fact, I wouldn't trust any site that doesn't require strict Identity.

Hope you understand that in this world there are many who would attempt to use many names, addresses, and other means to defraud. We are only striving to keep a HONEST site. When you enter a contest here all who know me know that every entry has the same chance and No One is given an advantage. In short, you have my word that you have entered a fair and honest contest with no hidden fee of any sort. I solely fund every contest and recoup nothing.

I know that you haven't implied anything, but your post gave me an opportunity to say a few words about the site.

Good Luck to your selection,

Steve
