Hialeah race track (?)

Hi all. What ever happened to Hialegh Racetrack in Florida? I know they ceased racing there years ago but I am curious if the track is still there or been demoloshed or converted to something else. If it is still standing do they ever plan to race again?

Last I heard a few months back was that they were looking to sell the track, I believe for redevelopment of the property. Such a shame... what a beautiful place.:(
