This group should be good from what I've seen. Now, I'm wondering if there are members interested in discussing racing using voice. Please reply privately if you have an interest in doing this. I mention this because I wager from home, as many of you probably do. I am retired and usually play the So. California tracks (Santa Anita right now, of course) Like to hear from you.

added thought....I meant using a microphone and speakers over the internet of course, no line charges or anything like that...and, if you don't want to reply privately, get your thoughts on this out in the open on the forum if you like. It would be great to have good friends talking racing again, as though we were at the track. any other ideas, I'm listening. I feel I have something to add to the group!

Sounds interesting. However, at this time I don't have the equipment to participate. Perhaps in the future.

Was beginning to think my posts were only on my computer. It would make a world of difference if we could talk during the race progams in comfort of our home with someone who had a similar interest. Tom

No phone charges!....Just type Skype into your search engine and get the latest version, its a rather small install. Then assuming you have a microphone and headset(or speakers) you are nearly ready. Make sure you go in and edit your profile on Trackwinners.....add your Skype name in there, so we can call you. Check my profile, you'll see what's needed!

Tom (senortout) ....that's my Skype....senortout
ps sorry it took so long to answer as I thought there had been no further posts to my original.

just one further note....with Skype, up to 5 of us can be in a conference together at the same time. Skype does have some things which aren't free and you won't need these. But check them out anyway!
