Anyone can pick a winner but the most important thing one must learn is how to manage a bankroll and be a very strict disciplinarian. Good advice for those who can follow it. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink it. I've seen many a good handicapper go out in a rage for not knowing how to manage their $. :)
