I've been all over the internet, and there are no other sites like trackwinners. There are sites with bigger forums and more picks, but they don't have the friendly and knowlegable personel that you find here. Having said that. The NY Post gives free picks every day. The consensus part of their picks could be very helpful if you LEARN how to use their picks. You can not blindly play anybody's picks and expect to make a long term profit, as many circumstances can change between the time the picks are made and post time. It's up to you to study the picks and the result charts to find which picks at what odds will be profitable.
